  The service is always great. Joe, the manager is so helpful and caring. He is a great person. I'm so thankful to him for always helping out my mother. He is always so patient and kind to her. It is always clean in this establishment and if a washer or dryer is not working, there is a note to say such. The price is reasonable and my mother never has to wait for a washer or a dryer due to the many available.

  Sunday was my first time here and the staff was 3 young males but they was so friendly respectful and helpful that I was happy to get wonderful service it’s been a while since I’ve had good customer service! The place was very busy and even still I got offered help and was helped with no attitude or any negative push back. They are constantly cleaning and going around so we can be helped if need be, they also made sure closer to closing time that myself and my 2 children felt safe and secure as these days crime isn’t unheard of especially in the plaza but I wasn’t worried because they have a well lit establishment and the guys have a great handle of the laundromat. And so I had few things left to wash and it’s Friday and I’m back and am haven just as great service if not even better today the place is busy but clean good flow of people getting in and out and staff being here as pleasant and helpful as the first time I am very happy to have such a great place to do laundry with good price tons of machines working and well priced and 4 different sizes that I counted but might b more they offer everything one needs to wash and the bathroom was very clean and that was a surprise cus these days there no clean places n deff not bathrooms open to public but this place does! I’m sure like any places not everyone gona find it great like I did but I’m glad for me it has been great and so I decided to leave a review cus it was good enough to Mae me take the time to do so, thanks laundrymax!
