  We had a great experience at the Springfield store. Our Salesman, Michael Ramdath, was welcoming and knowledgeable. We’re elderly and my husband had broken his hip. Michael helped me while my husband was in rehab… he gave me great options to try for a 6’5” man, and also helped me find a perfect fit for me. No rush or pressure, just good options. Then when my husband got out of rehab, we came to store together while he was in a walker. Michael helped him pick the right chair and helped us through the purchase and delivery set up, very comfortably and professionally. With such a big selection at the store, this personal attention was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Upon entering the new Boston Rd store we were greeted by Eryn with a friendly smile. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. She showed us various options and was helpful in deciding on the perfect recliners. We ordered 2 and can’t wait for them to be delivered.

  The purchase experience was very good. Nobody followed us around trying to pressure us in to buying anything. We were able look around on our own and contact a salesman to tell them what we were interested in buying. Edwin Aguirre was very helpful in answering our questions and completing our purchase.
