  If I could leave zero stars I would. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORAGE COMPANY. When I initially moved my stuff into this storage it was Feb 2025 and they gave me a promotion where my storage would be $280 every month but I would only pay $180 for the first 2 months. Cool thank you. Starting in I believe August of 2025 they increased my storage rent to $380 and only notified by mail, not email or call but they continently call and email every month when the bill is due but can only send mail when they’re increasing the rent? Ok. I called them and told them $380 is a ridiculous price increase jump out the blue and they tell me it’s because they have no more unit my size..okay what does that have to do with me? So they lower the price to $311. Okay fine what can I do? Lose all my stuff? No thank you so I’ll pay the increase. Fast forward today March 2026 I get an email that my bill is due and it’s $401..401????? WHAT? So I call them and I’m beyond annoyed and upset and they’re telling me they have to owe up with the market and it’s not just my bill that’s going up and we’re having a full back and fourth on the phone because they’re telling me that since it’s a month to month they can change the price whenever they want but however much they want. I’m a single mom and had to put my stuff in a storage due to postpartum depression and having to move to get help that I needed, so when I put my stuff in this storage with this company it was originally called BK storage and I had no issues with them but now that they have new owners it seems like they have new rules and no care that people have real lives and issues and can’t afford and $100 increase every few months so they can “keep up with the market” and what am I going to do? I have to pay it so I don’t lose me and my child’s belongings but for future reference they get no reference! Bad businesses and extremely unethical. Thanks for listening to my ted talk
