  Rick Perez is an amazing asset to the company! I returned to the store about six weeks after our first interaction and he remembered me and the mattress models I was deciding between. He was very knowledgeable of the Serta product line and gave me great recommendations to help make my decision. All in all he was very personable and pleasant to work with throughout my search.

  With a surgery upcoming I needed a quality recliner. Kelsy was fantastic. She understood my needs and was knowledgeable of the inventory. I got the perfect chair and cheaper than I thought. Rick was perfect assisting and teaching his employee the finer points of the process. Highly impressed will be back for all my furniture and bedding needs. Thanks so much!

  Danny was the best help he showed us the Cadillac of chairs and the price was extremely reasonable. The 5 year warrantee was so cheap unlike Lazy BOYs warrantee Come visit Danny he is the bomb

She clearly explained the differences and helped us understand what would work best for our comfort and long-term support. She was very thorough, going over warranties, trial periods, and delivery details so we knew exactly what to expect. What stood out most was how patient and helpful she was throughout the process.
