    These people need to stop putting customers on hold and never answering after… didn’t even get to ask my question, called multiple times different times of days same thing , after about 20 min they pick up the phone and end the call themselves. Step your game up Lowe’s….

    My 5 star review Comes on the back end of a botched delivery order. I had ordered 21 rolls of insulation and the 3rd party company that does some of their deliveries brought us a 2x10, some 1x4s and a small bag of miscellaneous items. I called Lowe’s customer care and they were useless and awful. I was told I could bring the order back myself and wait to get a refund or schedule a pickup and still wait for a refund. Why a refund? They told me they wouldn’t deliver my correct order because the system showed it was delivered even though the driver took a picture of the wrong order that was delivered (which was some other poor customer’s pic up order). They also told me that they would do some kind of investigation. I tried to explain to them there was no need because 2400 sqft of insulation isn’t fitting in someone’s car…but they repeated an investigation had to be done. I was furious because I not only was out my order but also the money that was tied up on my card would prevent me from reordering and delay the job. I decided to call the store and spoke to one of the managers who (I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely excellent. She didn’t put me on hold, she listened to my story, looked at the picture of the delivery and got my order delivered within an hour, so not only diid I not have to wait to get refunded and go through the hassle of reordering and waiting for another delivery…I got my items and got to work. Shortly after another woman called to inform me of a scheduled pick up to get the other order out of my yard. Mistakes happen and that is perfectly fine so how people handle the customer service in the aftermath of mistakes is everything. Making a frustrating situation not as frustrating and bringing it all to a satisfactory resolution is good business…so thank you for that. Will be sticking with this Lowes for future orders and definitely skipping the 1800 customer care line Lowes has and dealing directly with the store.

    The first time we came (oct 7th) we had an amazing experience. The store has a lot of choices and variety of things. The guy who worked at the tiles department was very helpful he answered all of our questions gave us options, and found our tiles. He was very friendly and helpful. He deserves 5 stars and a pay raises unfortunately he wasnt working today. Today the customer service was really lacking. We needed some tile but we could not find the full amount. The system showed 16 we found over 30 on our own. No one tried to look or told us about an option of ordering online for delivery or pick up at store. We went to the front where we had almost placed an order for pick up later next week but we're asked to wait and let another person go infront of us since he waited long. That was no problem. But afterwords the order got dismissed and the manager got called for help. The manager said we can not place the order of 80 sheets because we don't know how much the wear house has. Maybe they really couldn't but the whole situation may have been handled better. We wasted a lot of time there trying to get at least a bit of information on what our alternatives are. I am not blaming the employees but rather the lack of training and knowledge they are given. The only reason I give 3 stars and not lower is for the employee that helped us that Tuesday evening.
