  Upon entering the new Boston Rd store we were greeted by Eryn with a friendly smile. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. She showed us various options and was helpful in deciding on the perfect recliners. We ordered 2 and can’t wait for them to be delivered.

  The purchase experience was very good. Nobody followed us around trying to pressure us in to buying anything. We were able look around on our own and contact a salesman to tell them what we were interested in buying. Edwin Aguirre was very helpful in answering our questions and completing our purchase.

  Very nice people there! I enjoyed the opportunity to have the comfort to try out the wall power recliners and receive help with my narrowed down choices. I felt comfortable knowing that I was ordering a recliner that would fit my wishes.

  I didn’t actually visit this store, but I drove by the location, and they have someone holding a sign outside in freezing cold temperatures. I’m very unlikely to visit any location of any business that posts someone outside holding or spinning a sign in very cold or very hot temperatures. Please give the employee a different task to do indoors. I can’t imagine the ROI on that person standing outside is worth it. Posted with a 5 star rating because I’m sure the employees here are lovely, and I do not want to mess up their rating for the rest of them.
