I didn't know it increased until the charge appeared on my account. Apparently they sent out a mail notice but I did not receive it. I switched to a smaller unit after selling some things with no problem. Upon moving it was clear that some mice had gotten into my things and left some items soiled. Staff and manager are knowledgeable and helpful people.
