I’ve worked with him at both the Extra Space Storage location here and the St. James location, and he is always helpful, professional, and courteous. The only downside is that the prices at this location are pretty steep for very small units. That said, the customer service Francisco provides makes a big difference and is the reason I continue to choose Extra Space Storage. Thank you, Francisco!
