- SGStacey L GillespieDec 11, 20251.0Beware of this Aaron’s location. On 11/28, I purchased a bed frame and mattress, not knowing the mattress had been sprayed with some type of chemical. As soon as it was in my home, I became extremely sick from the smell and exposure. I contacted the store immediately and asked for the mattress to be picked up and my contract canceled. The manager claims the mattress was never sprayed and blamed the issue to be with my apartment. He scheduled two different pickup dates, and no one showed up either time. I was left with a hazardous mattress in my home and zero accountability from the store. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. Based on what happened to me, this place needs to be investigated. I do not recommend doing business here. The authorities and corporate have been contacted.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
