  Richard was so good with us. He helped us from start to finish. He wasn't pushy to try to upsell us anything. The treat was short, to the point and effective. I thought I was going to spend the whole day shopping for furniture, but it was pretty good, in less than 1 hr we were all set. I purchased quite a few things for 3 bedrooms.

  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lena at Raymour & Flanigan, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was feeling a bit stressed and uncertain about the whole process. But Lena immediately put me at ease with her warm, patient, and understanding demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped guide me through every decision with ease. What truly stood out was how effortless she made the whole experience feel. I went from dreading the trip to genuinely enjoying the process, thanks to her expertise and genuine care. Lena is a true gem, and I only wish every shopping experience could be as smooth and lovely as the one I had with her. Thank you, Lena, for making what could have been a stressful situation into something really enjoyable. You're superb! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. We recently moved and needed a couch for a tight staircase. After visiting four stores, we found a small option here, but our salesperson, Brian, showed us a modular model that breaks into pieces for easy transport. It is actually better than our old couch. Brian provided excellent service by being helpful without being pushy, giving us space to look around first. It was a great example of professional salesmanship.

  We had a very pleasant at this store, Carolina took the time to tell us about the products we were interested in, she never rushed us, she’s very knowledgeable and kind. The ladies at the serve desk were also helpful and made our checkout pleasant. We got the items delivered in 3 days. We are very happy with the delivery as well, on time, professional and caring.

  We discovered Raymour & Flanigan through an add on YouTube. After searching all kinds of furniture stores both online and in store we decided to take a ride to their Summerville location. At first you can be overwhelmed because there is furniture as far as the eye can see! We were quickly greeted by Lena, and Bob. They greeted us warmly and began to ask what we were looking for. After talking a little they showed us our options. Both Lena and Bob had so much patience and most importantly they listened to our needs and wants!! I cannot say enough good things about Lena & Bob or the Summerville location! I wish I needed more furniture just so I could have the pleasure of shopping with them again !!!!
