For all the positive reviews and the polished, high-end shopping experience this store promotes, the post-purchase service and installation were extremely disappointing.
TL;DR: Delayed delivery and unsafe installation (see photos).
We initially bought a Henrick couch and were happy, which led us to place a large Black Friday order for multiple mattresses and king bed frames, with a clear promise of delivery before Christmas. After repeated follow-ups and multiple store visits, our king bed was delayed by weeks and finally installed this week—poorly and unsafely.
Several load-bearing supports under the bed do not touch the floor, and the frame corners don’t align, leaving visible gaps. This looks like careless, amateur assembly and raises serious safety concerns.
Despite being told this was a “one-off,” the repeated delays and lack of accountability suggest otherwise. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have other options.

After three separate times of scheduling our chair to be delivered, each time Raymour and Flanigan in Somerville has failed to deliver our chair. Also, each time they never called us to let us know. We are on our fourth attempt and many weeks later. I would not trust this company to deliver or hold your furniture for you.

One of the worst experiences ordering furniture we had. We ordered a custom sectional over 5 months ago and only received 3 out of 4 pieces. The store admitted they lost (or never ordered) the fourth piece and offered no support when we asked about its status.
We reordered the missing piece, waited another 2-3 months, and called when we had not heard about its status. They promised delivery within the following few days and ended up rescheduling THREE times, letting us know the night before the expected delivery that the piece never made it onto the truck.
After a conversation with store management, we only received a refund of the delivery charge and $100 off the price we paid for the missing piece. It's clear they care more about their bottom line than their customers.

Do not order from them! I made an online order and they’ve scheduled deliveries multiple times only to cancel same day. It has been impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you directly call the store nearest you. Worst service I have ever seen! I will not be ordering from them again!
