- AAAlicia3 days ago1.0I picked up a curbside order today 5/6/26 that included purple primer for PVC. The associate placed the order inside my car. I didnt think of checking the bag. When i arrived home, my car, all my purchased supplies and due to the wind, my vinyl siding, all were covered in this purple primer. This stuff won't budge off of my siding and all my supplies for my project were damaged. Online customer service was no help at all. Absolutely frustrating. Be sure to double check all your items when completing a curbside order. I have to repurchase all my supplies due to negligence of an open can. Unreal.

Delivery was horrible. $70 to ship the bird bath, which was $52. $70 for the delivery person just to dump the bird bath on the recipient's lawn. No invoice slip or sticker, just the bird bath tossed on the lawn. $70 and my recipient thought someone dumped their junk on their lawn. I really would have thought paying $70 to ship a gift bird bath would have gone better than this. Yep not going through Lowes next time!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
