  Has to be the singular worst purchase experience from a brick and mortar store I've ever had at this point. Ordered furniture October 20th... told 1/2 the order will be ready the that week, "comes in on a truck on Tuesday", doesn't come in that week, but comes the next no worries on that one..... other half was said to be 4 weeks. Not ideal, baby on the way due at the start of November, but no worries. As long as we have it to host Thanksgiving and Christmas, "oh for sure!"... Called in November, told me "second week of December"... Don't hear from them, Call them in December, "nope not in, delayed, first week in January"... Call in January, "nope, will be here February 5th"... Call them the second week of February, "February 5th was the ship date... so should be any day now"..... Fast forward to today, March 5th. Get a text and an email that my order is ready. Awesome! But wait, the email says it's the chests that we already have? Call them... "Yeah, no the rest isn't in yet" What a circus. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  Danny Cox was great to work with! He was very helpful, informative and was not pushy whatsoever. He gave us our time and space to walk through the showroom and answered our questions when needed. Ended up selecting a beautiful selectional. Delivery was flawless as well. The team was on time, very friendly and had everything set up within minutes. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend working with Danny Cox.

  Visited Raymore & Flanigan in seakonk. Greeted by william/Bill Bento explained where in the store we needed to be, let us look around and then helped us pick out a couch and configure it to fit our living room space. First delivery attempt was not successful with the third party contractors and I was told it wasn't gonna fit. I called Bill and told him I have another entrance that needed to be shoveled out #blizzardof2026 and ill get right on it but I am only going to be home for 1 more day before I leave for work. Delivery wasn't working with me and Bill took care of it. Next day couch was delivered by the Raymore and Flanigan team and they had the couch in and assembled in 10 mins. Can not thank Bill enough. Give that man a raise, bonus whatever it takes he was beyond professional in the store Handel the delivery to be scheduled back the next day in minutes and my wife couldn't be happier with him.

  We purchased a couch from Raymour and Flanigan recently and worked with Carole Daou. She was very helpful, friendly and kind. She answered our questions in store and via text when I had follow up questions. She was helpful without being pushy, which we liked. She also got back to us promptly. It was great working with her for our purchase.
