I live on 2nd floor and we moved in much bigger furniture than the wooly with no problem!!!. During one of their failed attempts they broke my grill. On the first attempt they dragged it on the ground and got the wooly all dirty bc it was not wrapped up. I was so excited to have my new bed but quickly was disappointed when they put it back in the truck. Should've tried harder. And getting the money back was like pulling teeth. Mind you this wooly was purchased on Nov 6th. The failed delivery was November 26th we were not refunded until almost a month later. Quite a disappointed person!
