Placed an online order for some items that were on sale. Was notified that they were ready for pickup. Just before I was heading over to pick them up, received an email that the order was canceled. When I contacted them I was told they have some at a nearby store but the price had more than doubled!!!!! Will be sending all my business to Home Depot in the future.

Horrible experience, refuse to price match, never go back again. I have been buying from Lowe’s since 2011. Did 4 renovations and all the tools and parts all from Lowe’s. But today I was trying to do price match on a circulator pump. Home Depot was $50 cheaper, but I have Lowe’s credit card. So I figure if they do price match I would just buy it from Lowe’s. But Andrew, one of the managers refused to match it. First he told me the model number was off by a digit. But it’s literally the same pump. And then I showed them even lower price on Amazon. But he claimed it wasn’t sold by Amazon. I told him but it is shipped by Amazon. He said that doesn’t count. Then I found one at Walmart.com and he then told me they don’t have it in stock. He definitely knows the game, trained not to honor any price match. I asked to speak to upper manager, lady Linda came in and said no, another manager Ben came over didn’t even look. He just said no before checking anything. Very bad attitude. As I was leaving, as soon as I turned my face. He laughed at me. I turned back and said that’s not nice. He didn’t even have the balls to admit that he laughed. Bad culture, Stay away from them.

I was assisted by Jenn in finding a refrigerator that would fit in the space I have available, for a price I could afford.
Jenn went above and beyond helping me and did it all with a smile.
I had gone to several places, hoping to find the earliest delivery date so I wouldn't lose any of the food in my broken refrigerator.
Jenn was, by far, the most helpful and positive person I met (and that includes an employee from a different Lowe's).
Lowe's is a little further away than the competition but I will be making the extra drive for all my home improvement needs in the future.
The management I encountered were also very helpful - a perfect complement to an outstanding employee.
And, finding out dogs are welcome is an added bonus.
