- NNNCOct 20, 20253.0Had a unit for 4 years here and by the end of the term it had quadrupled in price (and quickly too). The unit was dirty and I saw bugs there regularly. My couch was damaged. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 1 is because moving out was very easy, the portal was easy to use, and the manager was very helpful. I’m not sure if it went through different owners since I started my rental in 2021, but the first three years were horrible in terms of cleanliness and lack of communication. It got better at the end. If I choose to rent again I would choose a different location. This one is very old.
