  Three seasons ago I purchased a Dolphin pool cleaner from Pool Care Professionals. I had other cleaners before (3) which were not Dolphins. But on that day, three years ago, with a house full of people using the pool, my cleaner broke down and, like the other two, I found out I needed to ship it to be repaired (In this case New Hampshire or Canada). I had purchased some chemicals from PCP before, so I called them up and asked if they carried any automatic cleaners. They did, and I went to the store and bought a Dolphin DX4. The biggest selling point was PCP’s promise that the unit, should it ever break down, would be serviced locally. Fast forward to yesterday (a Saturday in July!), and the Dolphin failed to come on... the first problem of any sort in three seasons. I called PCP and spoke with Nolan. He asked me a few diagnostic questions and then asked if I could bring it in... He promised he’d look at it right away. So while I waited, and while Nolan handled other customers when they came in, Nolan ran diagnostics, identified the problem, replaced the part and sent me on my way home with a fully functional pool cleaner, all for a fraction of the cost I spent in shipping my previous cleaners ( and that was prior to the repair bill)! I can’t say enough good things about this business. What customer service. Thanks, Nolan!
