The pricing for a single 10ft. unit has gone from reasonable, to double what it was in the beginning, and the management is brutal with late fees, unwilling to cut those, seemingly happy to see you struggle, because they can simply put you into auction if you don't pay. I'm looking forward to putting Extra Space in the rear view. Avoid self storage in general if at all possible.
