I filed an insurance claim weeks ago and called the insurance adjuster everyday, but no communication. I was told a cleaning crew was going into my unit and had the right to dispose of any damaged property. I gave $5,000 of appliances in there. No one will return my calls. My next payment is due in a few days. I should be reimbursed for December and January payment should be waived. Why is there NO communication?!?!
