- JMJenee MDec 1, 20251.0I rented a unit for the weekend to get there the office is closed. There’s a clock on the unit. They assigned me. I’ve been calling since Saturday. No one has yet to return my call. I left several messages for someone to get back to me. I even tried calling one of the other numbers listed to try to get someone else they sent me right back to the same number and no one was calling me back charge me for the unit. I had to get a different unit because I couldn’t move into that unit. This is ridiculous. Horrible service never again I want a refund.
