    Had the best experience at Lowe’s with Diana. She spent 3 hours today with us helping pick out showers, sinks, toilets, etc ….. She was extremely helpful with a lot of knowledge and patience. Great asset to your company.

    I’ve been going to Lowe’s for many years on Route 44 and Raynham to shop I never had an issue. I had to go do a job in Boston. I parked there for two days out of the way at the top of the parking lot where nobody parks. and the manager from Lowe’s flipped out on us kicked us out. She’s a maniac. There’s no need for all that noise first thing in the morning Lady when is no signs you’re so unprofessional. Are your job?You’re very rude. I will never want a person like you representing my company is other ways to handle that situation not the way you did you’re an awful manager. You must have nothing better to do with yourself first thing in the morning at 5 o’clock instead of harassing construction workers in a parking lot shame on you lady very professional

    I go to the Lowe’s in raynham on rt 44 to shop and I have no issues but I park there in the mornings to get picked up for work out of the way away from the building I got harassed by the manager 2 days in a row for parking saying she will have my truck towed while I’m minding my own business she drove around the parking lot watching where I was going told me it’s private property but there’s no signs but told me to park in the Applebees property saying she didn’t care as long as it wasn’t “in her property” she compared parking at a businesses parking lot to someone parking in my driveway at my house she was extremely unprofessional harassing following me around making threats without signs posted if I’m Lowe’s that’s not who I want representing my company

    I go to Lowe's three times a week in raynham and shop I parked my vehicle there the manager was very disrespectful and told us that she'll have our cars towed for 2 days first thing in the morning she harasses us to move our vehicles or she'll have it towed I will no longer go shopping there she had nothing better us to do to sit there and argue we're just two vehicles parked there

    I had an issue on April 22nd, 2026 at one of your stores in Raynham, Ma (850 US-44, Raynham, MA). I recently purchased just over $1000 in fencing and didn’t realize that the hardware was included. So I went on and purchased the hardware separately. Upon trying to return the hardware I entered on the commercial side of the store and attempted to return the items on the customer service side. Employee Thomas a store associate immediately requested assistance of another employee asking if I entered the store with the items. Someone responded that they saw me with one item. Now, I understand how that might have been mistaken because the items are small (attached photo). After telling him I’m a commercial customer and he can check my account, he requested that the cameras be looked over. At this point I’m totally embarrassed, I couldn’t believe I was being accused of theft. Although the manger claimed he believed I walked in with the camera. About 5 customers were behind me and this totally went against my character. I have never felt so insulted in my life. Now I could understand if he was accusing me of not walking in with an obvious high valued item, but it was literally some gate hardware. I’m from an island called Trinidad and Tobago. I grew up with a family of roles model doctors, lawyers, estate owners, oil field workers, teachers etc. I say this because I grew up knowing what it means to own things. I grew up knowing how it was to be respected and grew up with values that have brought me where I am today. To be treated like this goes against my core values in life and it was a disrespect to my character. And I must stress again it was embarrassing. Honestly, Thomas and Manager Cristian need more training. Both exhibited horrible customer service. Cristian did not apologize and said Thomas was doing his job. A total disrespect and shame to your brand. I own a Home Depot commercial account and figured I try Lowes out before increasing my credit limit but after this experience I may not be returning and I plan to cancel the credit card as well.
