  Excellent selection and price range with a wide range of construction and fabric options available. Our customer service/sales representative could not have more helpful or more patient. She was friendly, professional and answered all questions thoroughly. She was highly proficient at covering all the financial details of our two different recliner purchases. We look forward to receiving our chairs and would definitely shop at this store again.

  As I was looking for a recliner, I met up with Jennifer who gave me an educated tour of my options based on my needs. She was very helpful, but gave me space to decide between two recliners. She had a real handle on fabric selections. It amazed me that I was able to make a decision on the same day. The sales people are very cooperative with each other that makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. She informed me about a free delivery promo that was going into affect the next day. Her co-worker, Dan finished the order for us since it was her day off. I would not hesitate to go back to the Plymouth location based as much on the service as the product.

  Our experience at Lazy Boy has been incredible. The customer service is phenomenal. We had the pleasure of working with Dan at the Plymouth MA store. He is amazing… probably the most pleasant salesperson we have ever worked with. He is committed to customer satisfaction. He listens to the needs of the customer and tries to advise and help select the best fit in chair style and features. He is definitely one of a kind. Thank you for the pleasurable shopping experience.

  BUYER BEWARE. Lazy Boy Plymouth does not care about their customers once you sign the purchase agreement! The manager Megan DeSilva talks right over you when trying to explain your concerns about your new furniture. THE $499 warranty does not cover returns, cannot be transferred if you give the chair to someone else (only applies to the original owner). Unfortunately it’s a final sale. My husband had Reverse Shoulder replacement surgery on 12/30/25. He was very uncomfortable and really needed a recliner. I went to Lazy Boy in Plymouth, MA. Our sales lady, Jennifer was very attentive and helpful. I bought the Clayton lift/recliner. Three weeks later, the seat cushion is still very firm. It’s like sitting on football stadium benches. He cannot sit in it for long periods of time. It’s NOT COMFORTABLE. (I don’t remember the floor model being like this but I’m sure it’s been on the floor for years and is finally broken in). PLEASE READ THE POSTS ON THIS FACEBOOK GROUP! I WISH I had known about this group before my purchase on 1/3/26! If I saw comments I definitely would have thought twice about my purchase. REMINDER ITS A THREE DAY RETURN POLICY! That should be posted all over the store! I will definitely update my post regarding any support from the Lazy Boy Store in Plymouth or from the Corporate Office. I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau of MA. Please read the YELP reviews.
