    Absolutely astounding customer service!!! Go see Nancy for all your appliance needs! She made it her mission to get me the right refrigerator that fits the description and the doorway, which wasn't an easy task! She spent so much time going over our options, showing us the right ones and even helped us measure! She's truly such a blessing and we're so thankful that we got to work with her! Ask for Nancy, she's the best!!

    I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and planned to spend thousands more as a new homeowner, but after the ridiculous conversation I had with Lou, the manager, I will not spend another dollar here. I decided to open a Lowes CC for future purchases last month, his employees told me it would be 0% interest for 12 months on any purchases, and then I look at my statement and get charged interest. Apparently Lou then informs me carelessly that it is only on purchases over $299+ and was rude and short on our phone call, could basically care less. Apparently because I didn't "remember" the employees name that opened the card for me (they don't have this info.?), he couldn't assist me. Awful customer experience. Go to Home Depot!

    My parents ordered a new stove 3 weeks ago from Lowe's in Plainville, MA. They were told the appliance would be shipped to the store, then the installer would have to pull a permit with the town due to it being gas then they would be contacted to set up a date and time for installation. One week after it was ordered and paid for, the stove arrived at Lowe's. After another week, no update so my dad stopped in to check. He was told they were waiting for the permit. Another week went by, and nothing. My parents stopped in today (3 weeks after the purchase) and were told by the manager of Lowe's (and apparently the manager of the installer) that the permit had been pulled and ready but the installer had a question about the payment. Payment was made at the time of purchase. So Lowe's just did NOTHING for weeks. Just left them hanging with no working stove, no update, nothing. He did offer today to get it taken care of ASAP but at this point, they ended up cancelling the order and went to another place where they got a date and time for installation same day of purchase. Save your time and aggravation and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

    Certain times you go during the weeks in the morning you have to deal with a very chatty lady at the self checkout who pitches their rewards program while you are concentrating checking yourself out. I highly recommend they put her in a different location in the building. I feel every-time I’m there she needs to have a conversation with me, and it’s the worst when I haven’t had any coffee.
