Great job done with removal of 4 huge trees... guys were wonderful,but now I 've had these 20 ft. trunks in my yard for the last week and 1/2....they need to be Gone!!

If homeowners wish to add additional work or would like a new estimate, we discuss it when the crew is on-site. This practice helps reduce costs since we charge extra for multiple site visits or estimates. It's best to inform us of any extra work beforehand so that it can be noted on your work order.

All work will be added to our schedule, and you will receive a confirmation via email once we get your 20% non-refundable deposit.
How will I know when my work will be finished?
Once we provide an estimated completion timeframe, homeowners will be notified the day before their project is completed. Being present on-site is not necessary unless specifically requested by one of the owners of Kelley Brothers Tree Service.
When do I pay my balance?
The balance for any completed tree work is due upon receipt of your invoice(s). We greatly appreciate your prompt payment. Please review our terms and conditions regarding any late payments.
My trees were removed and I’ve been invoiced, but why haven’t the stumps been taken care of?
Costs related to stump work will be invoiced separately and are deferred until the stump crew completes the work, usually within two weeks after your tree work is finished or as seasonally appropriate. The remaining balance for stump work will be paid directly to the stump crew upon completion.
The crew has left. Why are there still piles of logs on my property?
Any leftover logs will be picked up by our log truck, typically within two weeks after your tree work is finished.
Why can’t you just fit me into your schedule and come sooner?
We value every one of our customers. As a small business, we often have a full schedule throughout the year, and while we would love to start your project immediately, all work is organized based on the order that deposits are received. Additionally, all jobs depend on weather conditions and equipment availability. Emergency tree situations are prioritized and scheduled at the discretion of the owners.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes, we do, although we may cancel workdays due to severe weather conditions.
