I went 4 or 5 times over the course of a week, day and night, and never needed to use my code. Also the outdoor units are extremely poorly lit. Lastly, there is no bathroom available on the entire premises, inside or outside. Had I known any of these things before committing financially, I would have chosen to keep my things somewhere else. For those of you searching for storage in Pittsfield, I’m pretty sure that while the local U-Haul storage facility might be more expensive, I know that the units are climate controlled(which they are not at extra space), and would imagine they are better lit, and at least have a port o potty that paying customers can use to go to the bathroom.
