- DBDiane BartonDec 5, 20251.0IDK what's going on at this Arron's, the manager Ryan sent his driver to my home over a payment already made the day before directly to Ryan on the phone. My teen & his little brother was home while the father went to the store , the driver thought he heard many people in my home, cursed at my teen. My husband received a call from our teen, was on the phone while our teen answed the door, the driver was saying that he knows I'm home, cussed at my children. My husband saw the driver down the road, asked him why is he swearing at our children. I called Ryan, asked him why he has his employees coming to my home, he stated he forgot about the payment, he said my teen was lying, little does Ryan know, the dad was on the phone with our teen from the moment our teen answed the door. They non-stop call to harness people, knowing it's not even the date of the payment due. I work 12-16 hours shifts in healthcare, they don't need to call many times per day, I'll call back when I'm off or on brake. I don't even want to talk to Ryan, he's rude, an lair & has no issues with his employees cussing kids out & lying for his employees. I'm a nice person, I don't like dealing with people who cuss at kids, who lie about it as well. I'm wasted my brake to write this review. My washer & dryer was supposed to be new, no boxes on truck, I assume it was a store model or return that they charging brand new prices for, washer acts odd!

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
