We had an outstanding experience working with Cherry Hill Pool & Spa on our fiberglass pool project. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and far exceeded our expectations. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and always willing to answer our questions, which made a major construction project feel stress-free and exciting. The workmanship was top-notch—every detail was handled with care, and the quality of the installation truly shows. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and kept the site clean throughout the construction. We always felt like our project was a priority. Our new fiberglass pool looks incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re considering a pool, we highly recommend Cherry Hill Pool & Spa. They deliver excellent service, beautiful craftsmanship, and an experience you can feel confident about from day one.

If you are going to purchase a fiberglass pool Cherry Hill Pool and Spa is the company you should hire. They start and finish at the promised times. Installation goes according to plan with no surprises. Staff is great and professional. Also don’t fall prey to the companies who do not install fiberglass pools. They try to scare you into thinking it is not the right type of pool to install in New England. I have had my pool for eight years now with no problems. Fiberglass is the easiest to maintain. I have never had a problem with algae since it is nonporous. There is no need for new liners. Cement pools have to be rebuilt after about 10 years. My pool is just as good as the day it was installed. If I moved I would certainly use Cherry Hill to install a pool at my new house.

So my experience with Cherry Hill Pools went from good to very very bad. First - the good. I really like fiberglass pools and they seemed like a good place to get one installed. Jenn at the office was super responsive and helpful and the reviews and warranty seemed good. I signed a contract and accelerated a deposit so that I could lock in a price before an anticipated price increase. Now - the bad. After I had signed the contract and given a deposit, they waited several months before communicating with me and then let me know that the price had increased over $7k!!!! And I had a SIGNED CONTRACT that specified the price. They let me know that I could cancel the contract but that left me in a bind as it would take many months to find a new contractor etc. I very reluctantly accepted their price increase. Then - when pool was installed they set it 1-2 feet higher than yard grade -- they said to keep water from running into the pool but it looks terrible. They also broke a couple of very expensive pavers when installing the winter cover and never replaced them or covered the price of replacement. I of course talked to a lawyer about how I had been treated but it seemed like the time and expense was not really worth it... but my experience was absolutely horrible. I was overcharged on a signed contract and had a very poor installation experience. Would never work with them again and would caution others to avoid as well.

The initial pool installation was performed quickly and expertly. In the years since they have always been there to provide excellent service or just answer questions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cherry Hill Pool & Spa

What is a fiberglass pool?

A fiberglass pool is a pre-made, single-piece swimming pool shell constructed from fiberglass-reinforced materials. Unlike traditional pool types, it's delivered to your property fully formed, which simplifies installation and reduces the potential for errors during the process.

How is a fiberglass pool made?

The production of a fiberglass pool involves several steps. Initially, a gelcoat is applied to a mold. Then, layers of chopped fiberglass and resins are added. Structural reinforcements are incorporated, and the shell is left to cure. Once fully set, the shell is removed from the mold, trimmed, and undergoes quality inspection.
