  Cherry Hill is a good pool company. The pool was installed timely and efficiently. I gave them 4 stars because the installers were great and they did a good job on my pool. The only issue is that during the middle of the process, the fees increased quit substantially and even though I signed a contract- they made me pay the up charge. I didn't think that was right but I had no choice they were in the middle of my install, its unfortunate they decided to do that to customers that already signed contracts, paid down payments and were in the middle of the install. If you decide to use them, make sure to discuss this because the increase for me was several thousands of dollars -substantial!

  I had an outstanding experience with the folks at CHP&S from start to finish. I’m a pretty dedicated DIY’er, and when I started this project, I had only a rough idea of how my future deck off the house and pool area would eventually come together. Normally, all of that is designed well in advance so the pool can be placed at the correct elevations and interfaces — but I didn’t have any of that figured out yet. The team didn’t just work around that; they guided me through it. They offered thoughtful ideas, explained my options clearly, and helped me avoid several mistakes that would have been impossible to fix later. Their experience really showed, and I felt like they were looking out for my long‑term plan, not just the immediate installation. They were also incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering every question I threw at them and helping me navigate what can be a pretty stressful process. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and it was honestly impressive to watch true professionals install a fiberglass pool with that level of skill and confidence. Overall, they did an excellent job, and I’m grateful for how smoothly everything went. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
