The price increased dramatically after a few months without warning (over $50). The facility smells of cigarettes and has people living out of units which is common I am sure but there is a ton of stuff left outside of units bikes etc that are always in the way. The day we moved in someone else’s stuff was stored in our unit and had to be moved. Does not appear any climate control as the building was smoldering hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. The unit did the job but was counting down the days I could move my stuff out.
