    On 7/26/2025 at 5:09 PM I had the Pleasure of meeting a cashier #792321 She was very helpful and honestly cared about the customers she was waiting on. I made a fair purchase as I live 2+ hours away. She made sure she assisted and helped with all of my Halloween interests. I probably bought more than I would have due to the helpfulness of this associate. I hope she is recognized as an asset. Ravens, Cats and a broken item that was discounted... she also saw the promise in the broken item. I will drive the over 2 hours again. oh....and more raven light posts please :)

    Five-Star Review for At Home – Peabody, MA This was my second visit to At Home in Peabody, and once again, it was a great experience. I walked in on a mission, short on time, and was kindly greeted by Debbie, who could probably sense my determination! I explained what I was looking for, and she brought me right to the patio section where I found exactly what I needed—some great outdoor tables for my son. Paul was also incredibly helpful, assisting Debbie with getting the tables into my cart. Debbie then checked me out quickly and even came outside to help load everything into my car. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one. Greatly appreciated—thank you!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
