    Met a great sales woman named Nene who was very kind and helpful…. Very calm spirit and business oriented she made me spend more than I planned , but it was worth it my shopping trip… Love this store…..

    I was greeted with one of the best customer service I have ever seen in the retail business. The employee, whose name was Omar, greeted me with the most handsome smile and helped me pick out my couch. His strength was unbelievable as he was able to carry a 300 lbs couch without any pain all the way to my car. Not to also mention that he was verryy HANDSOME!!!! My experience with Omar will differently make me shop here again and I also look forward into seeing him again, if anyone knows him please reply to me and tell him to reach out to me!!!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
