Steve approached me, after the purchase, and introduced himself. He explained the transition to me and was very helpful/patient when the previous management failed to pass on any of my renting information to him. He was readily available and easy to find whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I would have happily stayed at extra space if not for the extreme increase in the cost of the unit since Extra Space purchased the property.
