I bought the Meile stick and a Meile full vacum a few years ago. I love them especially the stick but we have a long haired German shepherd and 2 small grandkids so Ive had the stick repaired a few times. This gentleman is so nice and always takes care of it. Im surprised the stick works so great! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Im grateful for this small business and will continue to remain loyal. Its hard to find people like this who care about what they do. Thank you

Not only that, when I picked up my vacuum the owner forgot to give me one of the parts. So, another trip to Norwood. Would strongly suggest you look for another place to have your vacuum repaired or serviced.
