Soon after, a crew of four arrived to remove a giant ash tree and three smaller ash that were dead or dying (thanks to the emerald ash beetle), and one of those super tall Eastern Pines that was rotten at the base. All 5 trees were in danger of falling on my house; 2 were right up against power lines as well. Sam operated the Merlo while the others worked constantly feeding the chipper, cleaning the area or trimming branches with the chain saw. No slackers in the bunch! They worked hard and efficiently, and when they left, my yard was clean. Several years ago, Foppema Tree Care trimmed my Carolina Silverbell, and removed an oak tree that was hanging over my roof. Just like this time, their work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them.
