  My name is Carolyn Sapochetti, I have been looking at multiple storage facilities for my near future needs. Me and my husband went to North Reading Storage Solutions, we were greeted by two nice and very helpful employees, Suzanne and Francine. We explained our needs and had questions on sizes, climate, and how tight and secure the storage is. Suzanne explained in detail the climate control, cleanliness, and told us of other customers’ positive feedback. She showed us an empty storage and explained how it sizes up and down. She was kind enough to take the take to explain security, the easy, 24 access to the storage location and suggested ways to make the move in go smooth. I appreciate the time and must commend the location on their service and clean secure facility. We feel better now knowing that when we come to that step in my move we have a facility such as North Reading Storage Solutions trust with our property.

  Suzanne was so helpful! Facility is clean, temperature controlled and no musty smell. Would absolutely recommend!

  I’ve used this storage facility twice now and had a great experience both times! Suzanne is the best, the facility is incredibly clean, and love the option to drive right in for loading/unloading. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again if I need a storage solution in the future!

  This storage facility has been so great and i love that it’s always so clean. The 24 hour access and the drive thru garage makes it very convenient. The customer service is top notch too. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for storage!

  Just rented a unit online and the first time going to the facility the code didn’t work but the ladies in the office were SO helpful. They took care of me in no time and got the gate code working. Gave me a nice tour of the facility and I was on my way. When you have a tech failure all you can ask for is great customer service, and that’s exactly what I got! Thank you!
