  Modern Landscaping Inc. just finished landscaping and doing a walkway for us. Jay designed the landscape and walkway. It really compliments the house. He also redid our circular brick steps and it was a superb job. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. We highly recommend Modern landscaping.

  Jay and his crew are top notch. They have been hard at work remodeling my yard, installing a fence, and other things. There will be many more projects in the future but so far I am very impressed.

  Jay and his team are awesome!! They got the job done sooner than expected. He exceeded our expectations. Our patio looks amazing! We would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade there yard!

  We knew we needed to give our front yard a face lift for a better curb appeal. But we didn’t know where to begin to get it done right. COVID-19 made it extremely difficult to setup consultation visits with local landscapers. The moment that we began to talk to Greg, we knew Modern Landscaping was the right fit for our job. Greg came in with a wealth of experience, was very assertive, and most importantly was very keen to doing things right within our budget. Thanks to Greg, we now know more about a variety of shrubs and plants than we ever cared for. The whole experience couldn’t have been more individualized, and we totally enjoyed and appreciated it. Due to the pandemic it took a little longer to execute the project as they were backed up with prior commitments. We were very excited when the date range became a specific start date. Jay and his crews showed up exactly at 7am to begin the work. To say that they were ready to rock and roll would be an understatement. They transformed our front yard into an oasis complete with lights in just one day. While everything is new, the whole thing looks as if it was constructed with the house. It was simply stunning. Jay loves his work and is passionate about it. The guy is a perfectionist. Working from home that day, we were observing from our windows. We lost count on how many times he would go back to look review the work of his associates and without their knowing it made the slightest adjustment to ensure that things were perfectly adjusted and aligned. They clean up after themselves, and they certainly left our yard tidier than they found it. If you were looking for a landscaper who is sensitive to your needs, pays attention to details, takes pride in his work, and who will not send you to break a bank, we would wholeheartedly recommend Modern Landscaping.

  We recently put in a pool and were in need of a landscape design contractor. We interviewed a few companies and decided to go with Modern Landscaping, we couldn't be happier with our experience. We met with Jay and discussed our wants, needs and budget. Being in a wheelchair Jay came up with a beautiful design that we loved & allows me access to our whole yard. They were professional, courteous, creative and on time. We love the job that they did for us. We have the backyard of our dreams because of Jay and his crew at Modern Landscaping. We highly recommend Modern Landscaping as they are our only choice for all future projects. Rob & Dana
