I called them to remind of our city's noise ordinance that states you can't operate machines before 7:00AM, and I spoke with a guy named Rich who sounded like the manager or owner. Rich told me that it was odd someone would call to complaint about noise, and that his guys started working at 6:45 and not 6:30 and that it was an emergency job. When I asked if he had a permit from the city to do emergency work before 7:00am, he told me to go F*** myself. If you value customer service, and value your neighbors I would stay away from this company.
