I had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s when purchasing my AO Smith gas water heater. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional.
A huge shoutout to Beth and Ryan C. for going above and beyond. Not only did they help me select the right unit, but they personally called the factory customer service to secure reimbursement for me and made sure the warranty for the tank was fully set up. They handled everything.
Both of them were polite, professional, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process — which, unfortunately, is not always what you experience in customer service interactions these days. Their willingness to take ownership and make sure everything was taken care of made a stressful situation much easier.
Because of Beth and Ryan C., I’ll absolutely be coming back to this Lowe’s for future purchases. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition!

I bought 2 only needed 1 and lost a receipt for an almost $70 item... they wouldn't accept a return for store credit even though the item was in a sealed(unopened) new package in perfect condition.. I guess I go orange over blue from now on... Lowe's managers don't care about their customers, sad

We have had 2 very bad experiences here recently. First,we wanted to buy linoleum flooring. The machine wasn’t working to unroll and the associate stated ‘you can’t buy today’. He didn’t even try to unroll and just measure the linoleum and cut by hand. There were 3 of us and my husband offered to help him. We had been to this store looking at linoleum 3 times prior and were not told machine was broken. A week later we wanted info about toilets-we were told the ONLY person that could help us was on break for an hour!!!really? On a Saturday,no one else was available?? Will not be returning to this store!!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
