Bought couch in early Sep, pieces arrived at Raymour and Flanigan month later on the expected date (Oct 13). Another month has passed and we still don't have a couch despite us calling to set up delivery numerous times.
Today (Nov 8) was their third time scheduling us for a delivery and failing to actually get our furniture on the delivery truck. We called to confirm today's delivery after no one gave us a delivery window and got told that once more, we were not on the schedule.
So we are on delivery attempt #4 next weekend.
The company keeps blaming their new system that is slow and no one knows how to work properly. I'm sure some brilliant person with an MBA making a lot of money saved the company a few bucks with the system switch. Good job champ! Happy to sacrifice several Saturdays and a day off from work.

I purchased two pieces of furniture that were both listed and confirmed as in stock, but that was not true. I was repeatedly told they were available and would be delivered together — which turned out to be a lie. The delivery was delayed several times, and when it finally happened, only one item arrived.
I was told the incorrect item would be picked up a week later, which was already unreasonable, but no one ever showed up. There were no text messages or updates about pickup or delivery times on multiple occasions. I was then told pickup would happen the next day, but again, no one came and there was no communication.
I called customer service numerous times over several days, and most of the time, no one answered or returned my calls. I left messages that were never responded to. Every time I did reach someone, the store continually blamed their new system as the reason for all the mistakes and miscommunication, but that doesn’t excuse the repeated failures or the lack of honesty.
As of now, the chair is still sitting in my home, and I have not received a refund for either item. The company repeatedly lied about stock status, delivery dates, and communication. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Had a great experience picking out my bedroom set, i went earlier in the week salesman daniel was a huge help explaining all the discounts and on going promotions, we were not pushed and felt very comfortable being left enough space to explore and look but consulted enough to have all my questions answered. Manager brett made sure the payment and delivery was taken care of. Marlene and aidan in the finance department checked us out and overall had a great experience shopping here would gladly recommend this team and store to my family and friends. Dan, brett, aidan, and marlene thank you for everything!

What a fun experience. I had 3 or 4 employees joking, laughing and being exceptionally helpful and professional. I had a newer rep Sean. He bent over backwards to help me find an office chair. But instead I left with the coolest office desk I've ever seen. And his team was there to help him, and myself the entire step of the way. A real breath of fresh air seeing management take a new employee under their wing. Highly recommend 10/10
