  Great experience with our furniture salesman Louis Bianco. He did an excellent job helping us find exactly what we were looking for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy with no pressure. We’re very happy with our purchase and really appreciate his help!

  I walked in looking for a couch and was helped by the store manager and Kevonne. They were very well informed and assisted me in choosing the right couch for my needs. I could tell they really cared rather than just trying to sell me something. Will definitely come back for future purchases!

  Horrible customer service after the sale. The delivery guys used put the bolts in the wrong place on my pub chairs. The pub bench is loose and moves from side to side. I called customer service four times to see if I could exchange the bench for two pub chairs and got nothing but the runaround. First the manager was busy and never called me back. The next week when I called the manager was on vacation and never returned my call. The next week he was busy when I called a fourth time then never called me back. I waited a month and never received a call back. Lesson learned. I will never buy their crappie products again. Jordan’s, Carni’s or even Bernie & Phil’s has better customer service. Don’t waste your time and money on R & F.

  We were looking for a new bedroom set, and had gone to all the local places around us in eastern MA without finding what we wanted. Living in New England, all we were seeing were various tones of dark wood furniture, which we had owned previously. We wanted something lighter and more contemporary this time, with pizazz lol. After looking at a few options online, we decided to take a trip to North Attleboro to check out Raymour and Flanigan. What a happy surprise we had there! They have a huge showroom with beautiful furniture, and lots of modern, jazzy looking bedroom sets! Our salesman, Kevonne, was fantastic! He showed us the set I had seen online, answered all our questions, and gave us plenty of time to walk around and look at many other options. We chose the Carmelita set, and wow, it's gorgeous! White with crystals, and the pieces light up, which is so fun. Delivery was on my schedule, and the pieces were superbly packed. I also want to say their customer service is the best! I am so happy I discovered Raymour and Flanigan, and I'll be going there first for any furniture needs from now on.
