Asked someone to call for help in tools…but the 4 workers were too busy at the lumber checkout playing with a customers dog…then as in leave I ask for a supervisor and Sam said she was…however she along with 3 others were also playing with another customers dog at the self check out. I asked if she was concerned that customers needed and asked for help but no one came as all 8 were too busy attending to customer dogs. She didn’t really care about that and asked how she could help now. Unfortunately she didn’t get the point. I guess this is the norm now and I’m sure this post won’t garner much more than “I’m sorry about your experience” response. One would think a supervisor would care more, however she was one of them that was playing with a dog rather than selling tools. Mind you the sirens were going off by the tools but hey there’s dogs here to pet first.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
