Secure gates, now with a digital unlock feature. And clean. CONS: Strong chemical smell inside, probably from pest control. Hallways are narrow and only one door has a ramp. It's awkward getting in and out with a cart because of the overall shape and the way the door opens. And although I (fortunately) wasn't planning on using my storage after the prepaid four months, if I had, the rate would have gone up about 50%. Of course, this is the business model, but it isn't ethical, and there should be regulations prohibiting teaser intro rates and then steep increases.
