I went to the office to see what could be done and the young lady, Anna, working there was very understanding. She told me she’d work on it and get back to me the next day. I thought for sure it was a brush off, but sure enough, she called to let me know she got me a 30% discount. I don’t like their policy regarding price increases, but the employee following through on her promise is what got me to stay.
