    I rented couches from here last year and mid December. I told them that I would like to return the couches and they told me it was a 14 day wait January 9 came and I got a phone call from the store that they would come and pick up the couches. I never received another phone call. I waited and I waited. I looked at my cameras to see if maybe I missed them and of course they came two minutes after that phone call did not ring my doorbell did not give me a phone call. I called the store back. They did not answer me. I waited until Monday. No answer again called again Wednesday. No answer. Finally got in contact with them on January 16 They told me that they have a really high demand for return and drop off and that I would have to wait for a phone call back from the manager for a new pick up date. Still haven’t received a call back at this point. It’s been 20 days that they haven’t come to pick up their merchandise. They are literally ignoring me and I’m calling corporate tomorrow because they have 10 days to come pick up this merchandise or it is technically abandoned. Absolutely awful customer service with the store Fall River and New Bedford and I will not be responsible for these couches any longer. I am so sick of hounding them down to come pick up their items that I don’t want.

    Everytime I do business with this company I am always satisfied from the call taker to the mgr and the delivery personnel excellent service polite and courteous and professional cordial friendly staff each and every one of them

    Sonia at this location is amazing. She was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. I live in a different state and I would take the hour ride to go to this location. Highly recommend stopping by to vist her and her team.

    I had a fantastic experience at Aaron's in Fall River, thanks to sales manager Sonia. Her extensive product knowledge and attentive service made finding the right pieces easy and enjoyable. Sonia was friendly and supportive without being pushy. I highly recommend visiting Aaron's and asking for her assistance!

    I have loved everything Ive gotten from this store thus far, Frank and sonia are amazing they are always very polite and professional, and also do their best to answer any and all questions/concerns i may have. They also have excellent communication when it comes to pricing and expected delivery date/times for the items i lease
