  Horrific experience! The customer service was rude when making the appointment. I asked them to please have them wear a mask. The no fix it guys came and refused to wear a mask and left. What a jerk! Don't use them! And I hope he gets COVID over and over!

  Probably the worst customer experience in my life. Needed my washer repaired under warranty. Due to the pandemic understandably things took long, but Fix It Guy seemed to do everything in their power to make this process as painful as possible. 4 seperate visits that took months because they kept needing to order different parts. I had to work as the middle man to coordinate between the manufactorer and them because they couldn't be bothered to provide updates nor properly communicate a schedule. Last repair didn't work the repair guy said "I don't know what's wrong" and just left with no further clarification. They were maliciously incompetent. Avoid this company at all costs.

  I had a leaking freezer and called these guys up. Jeff was here within an hour and a half and was very kind and professional. The next day I still had a leak, called them up, and Jeff said, “I’m on my way!” He was here within 30 minutes and made sure I would no longer step in a puddle! Thanks guys!
