  The chair is fine. It’s over two months since we bought it and we still have not received the additional covers we were promised would be “two or three weeks”. We have called several times and have been promised them repeatedly. Your merchandise is good, your follow-up is severely lacking. Probably won’t be purchasing any more at this juncture.

  We bought an incline chair for my mother who has Parkinson’s. Unfortunately, after a few months, it stopped working. They replaced every part, but it did not work. We got an exchange for the chair. while I was at the store. They gave me a fantastic deal on another piece of furniture. I appreciate them seeing us as valuable customers.
