Placed an order and waited a month for the pickup date, the date came and it changed to delayed with no ETA, called and was told tomorrow it’ll be ready. Called again the next day since it still said delayed and they told me it was unavailable and not coming, and they can cancel and refund me. Huge waste of my time, mind you I paid for it a month ago. Wish I could give 0 stars.

They were focused on one person In particular, I stayed there for at least 30 minutes Waiting around milling with all of that expensive crap yet no one even bother acknowledge that I was there I took my business elsewhere. They changed the Elfa closet system to make a new one that is not compatible with the old one. When we moved, I left the basics of my closets at the old house and brought all of the (expensive) components to install in my new house. I expected to spend a couple hundred dollars on the parts I needed but now find out that it will be nearly $5,000 to replicate what I have that is in perfect condition. Lots of people in my same situation have been complaining because the Container Store could have just kept supplying the old top rails so people would be able to move their systems but chose not to. I won’t give them any more money to start from scratch again. No wonder they had to file for bankruptcy.
