Asked the woman working in custom design closet section, who was working with someone, if there were any other employees who might be able to tell me where a product was located. She said there were not. I then found someone coming out of the back but I didn’t get to ask my question before he said he was sorry but he could not help me because he was working on something else. Left without buying anything.

Called again the next day since it still said delayed and they told me it was unavailable and not coming, and they can cancel and refund me. Huge waste of my time, mind you I paid for it a month ago. Wish I could give 0 stars.

They were focused on one person In particular, I stayed there for at least 30 minutes Waiting around milling with all of that expensive crap yet no one even bother acknowledge that I was there I took my business elsewhere.
