I had a few issues with my new Maytag washer, and each time he and his team were kind, responsive, and very easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated how Peter stayed on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of in the end.

- ADAlicia DigregorioMar 2, 20261.0Salesman talked me out of an $800 washing machine and into a $1500 Speed Queen washer. Broke within 4 months. SQ sent out a servicer that was contracted with them under warranty. Misdiagnosed the machine and had SQ send a rediculous amount of huge boxes of parts that I didn't end up needing and cant send back either. Servicer repeatedly did not show up for scheduled repairs after parts arrived. I spoke with Peter Scalamo the owner who was supposed to call me back in 2 days and send one of his contracted repair men over. He told me there are worse things in life than a broken washer. Been without a washing machine for 2 months. Peter never called me back like he said he would. I ended up paying for repairs out of pocket and had to wait to have SQ send the correct parts. I can't stress this enough. Buy your appliances from Witco in Spencer and do not go here. I had a problem with a dishwasher from Witco and they sent a servicer out the next day and replaced the dishwasher immediatly when it was deemed unrepairable. I figured I'd give Scalamos a shot because they are right down the street. HUGE MISTAKE!!!
