  I called to get a quote for driveway cleaning and was given a price before I could fully explain what I needed. The conversation felt rushed and I was frequently interrupted. Less than an hour later, I received follow-up call questioning why I hadn’t confirmed or canceled, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, the interaction came across as unprofessional.
