    Johnna was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable helping us pick out a bed. She was not pushy but instead just wanted us to find something that worked for us. In fact we went back the following weekend to purchase more furniture. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanagan. Ask for Johnna. 😊

    If I only shopped and didn't get their delivery service, this would be 5 atars. Drew was a great sales person, attentive and patient with my elderly disabled parents. The delivery service was horrible! They refused to remove the old mattress and electric base, the assembled the new furniture and put the bed at the highest setting so my parents can't even get into their new bed. They left all the packaging and wrappings for my disabled parents to pick up and dispose of. Don't bother paying for their delivery service, it's a joke!

    We were greeted by Peter Smith. His approach was inviting and did not have a pushy feel. We feel we were well informed about several living room products we looked at. We are still in the stages of trying to figure out the room we were shopping for. You can bet that we will be reaching out to Peter when that time comes. It was a pleasure shopping in your Millbury location. Thank you, Peter!

    I worked with John L. from the Millbury store. He was amazing! If someone had done to me what I put him through, I would have gone crazy. When all was said and done, he quoted 5 different item combinations for me. He never once looked aggravated, upset or out of patience. At all times he was courteous, helpful, understanding and moreover patient. I would recommend Raymour and Flanigan to anyone one and ASK FOR JOHN L. I will definitely go back.

    We had an extremely disappointing experience with Raymour & Flanigan in Millbury, MA. We purchased the Diane Collection couch on February 16th and were clearly told — multiple times — that our delivery would be Friday, 2/20. We watched the salesperson select the date. Customer service confirmed it again. We double-checked before leaving the store. The day before delivery, we received no confirmation call. When we contacted customer service, we were told our delivery was actually scheduled for April because “the store did something wrong.” We called the store and said that there was an issue with the delivery date and their system. Mind you no one had contacted us to explain. We spoke to the store manager who told us “tuck issues”. We had already sold our existing couch in preparation for the confirmed delivery. So we were left with no couch in our home. We were then promised delivery on Wednesday, 2/25 because of snow coming. We received a confirmation email Tuesday afternoon— only to be called an hour later and told it was being pushed again till Saturday… Mind you we bought our couch on 2/16! Every person we spoke to gave different explanations (truck issue, snow, etc.). We called the store AGAIN. The employee (lead of customer service) felt so bad she actually spent time digging into what really happened with our order. After digging deeper she informed us that after we left the store on Monday 2/16 - no one ever been properly scheduled for delivery in the first place and just never did anything with it. So we were lied to. There was never system issues, or truck issues. This is not a logistics issue. This is not a weather issue. This is a failure of execution and accountability. We’ve had to rearrange work schedules, take time off, and live without furniture for almost a weeks because of errors that were entirely within the store’s control. Completely unacceptable experience.
