  Robert is amazing! I'm in Michigan and have been searching for a specific bag and it was sold out everywhere online. The stores near me are sold out as well, but then I saw a tiktok of this particular store and noticed my bag in the background! Robert was so helpful and made it possible to get my dream bag to Michigan. Thank you so much for all of your help, I'm so excited!

  Online ordering service is TERRIBLE! I placed an order that stated 3 days or less for delivery and received email stating they would contact me shortly for delivery. They took my $2,300.00 and nothing. Tried calling to get a date, tried their chat through their website and it is impossible to get any response. I just want to know when I will receive my white glove delivery I paid $200 for.

  We recently bought a new house and needed to furnish it. After looking around we came across Raymour and Flaigan in Milbury MA and found just about eveything we wanted. The experience was ok to begin but quickly went down hill. We furnished our entier house so it cost a large amount of money. We used a bank check and were told there was a 10 day hold wich made no sence because it's guaranteed money. My husband called a few days later to ask about this again and we were told it's a five day hold and could schedule delivery after that and would call us that Monday. We didn't hear anything so my husband called Wednesday and we set up the time for Saturday. We just received our delivery today [ almost 2 weeks later]11/8 and we're missing multiple items, we received about 60% of what we ordered. So my husband called very upset at this point and spoke with someone who was very apologetic to our experience and would have their business manager call us no later than 2pm. They did call within the time frame and refunded our delivery fee as well as helped with a few other items. The manager was also very apologetic and said this doesnt usually happen and all though we were told everythingwas in stock one item wouldnt be in for another week. The furniture is great and came in one peice but the experience to get it was less than enjoyable and I hope that within the conversations we have had that they take the opportunity to improve the customer experience because I wouldn't want anyone to experience this.

  Do NOT buy the platinum protection plan. This stores customer service will dodge contact with you and will make it a nightmare for you to receive any kind of repair. It is clear they do not care about you after you swipe your card and leave the store, and is not worth the expensive prices they give for quality service.
