  Installed an irrigation system in half of our yard. The install went fine but no explanation on how to use the system that was installed and left a hose protruding from the ground in one area. Wanted to have them do the other half but they refused to do the number of heads we wanted when we asked for less than what was quoted. Never came back to bury the exposed hose. Edit: although they did mention they would come back to try to address exposed hose, no effort to do so was ever put forth. Concerning the number of sprinkler heads, I’m glad that we have them in areas that get so much shade we don’t even need to water. Customer feedback should be valued and not make assumptions that you know the customer’s property better than they do. Another company came and installed the number of heads we requested, and we have plenty of coverage.

  Terrible. Left the yard a disaster. Put most of the sprinkler heads in the shade not where they are needed.. I have constant leaks from day 1. Cannot use the sprinkler system as water just pours out of the equipment they installed on the front of my house. Company refuses to service what they installed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

  I gave it a 4 stars because I haven't received the loam yet, but the quick response time and friendliness was worth the effort. I sent them an email via their website and received a call in 24 hrs that they would deliver the next day. I chose them because they had such great reviews on the quality of their loam ....and with the last few loads of loam I've received from other companies, I'm tired of disappointment. Crossing my fingers the loam is as great everyone posts! ...will write back when I get the loam and see how my garden and flowers do. BTW...Using the loam for new above-ground garden and flower beds. I'm adding peat and compost too, but the dirt will be the main ingredient for growth.

  Outstanding!! I called because they had the most stars and they sure deserve it! I called Barbara at 1 pm and They delivered same day on the honor system and asked me to mail a check. I got home and the mulch was there! We are so pleased with the quality of the mulch and the outstanding customer service. We will definitely go back for mulch and other landscaping projects. Thanks Mike Lynch!
