  It starts off low, and before you know it.It doubles and then it triples, and then you can't get out of it because you got so packed with crap

  I definitely would recommend to rent there. They are clean and are good to work with when you need them. 5 stars. Leslie has been remarkably good. Such a great person to deal and talk with. She is wonderful.

  Leslie has been nothing but awesome! She has great customer service, she’s sweet, and always trying to help out! I’m so thankful she was the one who took care of us and getting us the best unit 🙂 go see her for the most comfortable experience, trying to rent a unit

  I was one of the first to reserve a storage unit when Millbury Storage opened, before they even put up the second building. It was a great place, with a local owner who made it feel like a home town company. I have remained for nearly ten years, until this past week. I moved from a 5x10 to a 10x10, to a 10x20, to a 10x25 during my time there. As soon as Extra Space Storage took over, they raised my monthly fees and reduced my access hours. I begged to be grandfathered for access hours, as I go to work at 3:30 AM and keep tools there. Fast forward to this past August. I went to get my motorcycle and go ride - I was told I could no longer park my car there while using my bike unless I paid a monthly fee of $99 for a parking space. I asked if I was supposed to take a taxi to use my motorcycle, and then take an taxi home ??? I called my wife to bring me to my motorcycle, but she was busy - so I couldn't even enjoy a ride after a long day of work. They had taken away the last good reason for staying there. If I can't access and use my items, what good is it to have storage ? Fast forward to this Christmas: I moved my belongings out on December 26th, and the office was closed. I called the next morning to cancel my lease. Reply was "no problem ! We'll check the unit and cancel for you !". I thought everything was all set. They charged me for the upcoming month of January yesterday. And the charge was $70 more than my usual monthly fee. How can you charge me for a month that I will not be occupying, after I've cancelled my lease ??? They have charged me any time they can get away with it, and have continually found ways to make my lease less appealing. Not the way to treat a long-term customer, who was meticulous and never missed a payment or caused any issues ! I am deeply saddened by the corporate conglomerate way of business that this company utilizes. It is so sad - I would have stayed forever had they just treated me well.
