I bought a Frigidaire fcfg3062as gas range and it had a defective oven burner that spewed raw gas into my home, causing a Life Safety Hazard. Lowes must have known. One of the associates let it slip that Lowes was issued a DO NOT SELL order on this range, but it was sold to me anyway. I brought the issue to the appliance mangager several times and pleaded with them to help me get the issue resolved. The most I got is yah, yah, yah, we'll see what we can do. They helped me with NOTHING. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. PS, Please don't respond to this post with the same B.S. I got from the Lowes manager. Regards,

- DLdanny lutherJan 9, 20261.0I wish I could rate this lower than one star but I can’t. I’ve never had a more difficult time trying to return something at this Milford Lowe’s. This item was handed to me broken. What I bought was on sale during Christmas season I tried returning it and exchanging it for a new one. Milford employee’s were no help. They made me go to the Framingham location told me none are in stock when Milford said they did have them in stock and online was showing that they had 7 of them in stock. Framingham Lowe’s was even worse than this one. I wanted to simply exchange it for a new one without paying the full price than what it originally is. I will never step foot in a Lowe’s ever again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
