I wish I could rate this lower than one star but I can’t. I’ve never had a more difficult time trying to return something at this Milford Lowe’s. This item was handed to me broken. What I bought was on sale during Christmas season I tried returning it and exchanging it for a new one. Milford employee’s were no help. They made me go to the Framingham location told me none are in stock when Milford said they did have them in stock and online was showing that they had 7 of them in stock. Framingham Lowe’s was even worse than this one. I wanted to simply exchange it for a new one without paying the full price than what it originally is.
I will never step foot in a Lowe’s ever again.
